Join us tomorrow at Alameda Backyard Growers' Annual Plant sale, April 20th from Noon to 3PM. The plants are all grown, each has its label and now they are looking for good homes!
In addition to nearly 400 tomato plants - 14 awesome varieties! - we will have cucumbers, zucchini, green beans, winter squash, peppers, basil and sage. For flowers, we have sunflowers, tithonia (Mexican sunflower), cosmos, marigolds, nasturtiums, scabiosa (pincushion flower) and zinnias. Our selection of neonicotinoid-free flower starts are selected to attract bees, butterflies and other pollinators to your garden.
The plant sale will take place April 20th from Noon to 3PM at ARPD's Spring Shindig, 1101 W. Redline Avenue, Alameda. Look for us on the playing field. ... See MoreSee Less
