Nothing fancy, nothing hard.
I picked up “Rainbow Chard” here in town, planted them in early January, and mother nature did the rest. Well…mostly. This morning, I harvested several outer leaves. Then washed, chopped and sautéed the stems (yes you can eat the stems) with garlic. I added the cleaned/chopped leaves. It made a healthy and super tasty side to my eggs.
